Carol Vereza has a degree in Gastronomy, a postgraduate degree in events and a degree in Nutrition (2022).

Vision

Natural chef and enthusiast of the "food that heals" concept, he combines knowledge of Ayurveda, live food, aromatherapy, innovation and sustainability through the integral use of food, PANC - Non-Conventional Food Plants - and local ingredients in a fully copyrighted and flexible and even for vegans, celiacs, diabetics and intolerant people that is good not only for the body and soul but also for our planet.
